1. Definitions and Interpretation
“The Operator” denotes the publisher of the website at appreviewhub.com, “the Website” that site with all pages and facilities forming part of it, and “the User” any person who accesses it. “Published Material” denotes all articles, reviews, investigations and commentary on the Website. “Independent Legal Adviser” denotes a qualified lawyer, law firm or regulated advisory practice with which the Operator maintains a referral arrangement.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
Access to appreviewhub.com is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, signified by the act of accessing the Website. A User who does not accept them must cease to access it. The Operator may amend them by publication. The edition in force is that of 2026.
3. Nature of Published Material
Published Material on AppReviewHub consists of editorial opinion and commentary founded upon public sources: warning notices issued by financial supervisory authorities, registry filings, domain registration records, court records, archived promotional material, and accounts submitted voluntarily by members of the public.
Where an item characterises a platform as fraudulent or unlicensed, that is the honestly held opinion of the Operator formed upon the sources identified in it. Fact is distinguished from opinion so far as the medium permits, and the Operator makes no findings of a judicial character. A platform described in unfavourable terms may later obtain authorisation or change ownership, and the Operator does not warrant that any item remains current.
4. No Legal, Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing published on appreviewhub.com constitutes legal, financial, investment or tax advice, or a personal recommendation. The Operator is not authorised by any financial supervisory authority and carries on no regulated activity.
Published Material is general and takes no account of the objectives or needs of any individual. A User contemplating a decision of a financial or legal nature should obtain advice from a professional qualified in the relevant jurisdiction. Reliance upon Published Material is at the sole risk of the User.
5. Referral to Independent Legal Advisers
The Operator maintains referral arrangements with Independent Legal Advisers who assist individuals in preparing and lodging reports to financial regulators, law enforcement agencies and other competent authorities, and who advise upon the steps open to a person who has been defrauded.
Each such practice is a separate undertaking, and is not an agent, employee or subsidiary of the Operator. The Operator gives no warranty as to the qualifications, regulatory standing, fee levels or conduct of any such practice, and accepts no liability for any advice given or omission made by it.
A referral is made only at the express request of the User, and any engagement is a matter exclusively between the User and the practice. The Operator makes no representation as to the outcome of any report, such matters lying within the discretion of the authority concerned.
6. Intellectual Property
All Published Material, together with its selection and presentation, the name AppReviewHub, the associated logotypes, the source code and the compilation of the Website as a whole, is protected by copyright, database right, trade mark law and other rights of intellectual property vesting in the Operator or its licensors. Those rights are expressly reserved.
Save as permitted by these Terms and Conditions or by mandatory provisions of law, the User may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, adapt, frame, mirror or create derivative works from any part of the Website, whether by manual or automated means.
The User may view Published Material on screen, print single copies for private reference, and quote short extracts for criticism or news reporting provided the extract is fair in extent, the source is identified as AppReviewHub and a link to the original page on appreviewhub.com accompanies any online reproduction. Systematic extraction, including scraping and the use of Published Material to train any machine learning system, is prohibited absent written consent obtained at contact@appreviewhub.com.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all Published Material are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Operator excludes all representations, warranties and conditions whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or that access will be uninterrupted, secure or free of error.
Information concerning fraudulent enterprise is by its nature incomplete and subject to rapid change, and the Operator does not warrant that Published Material is free from inaccuracy. Availability may be suspended without notice. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator, together with its officers, employees, contributors and licensors, shall not be liable to any User or other person, whether in contract, in tort including negligence, for breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any of the following:
- Loss of profit, revenue, business, contract or opportunity.
- Loss of or damage to goodwill, reputation, data or any system.
- Any loss arising from a decision taken, or omitted, in reliance upon Published Material.
- Any loss arising from a dealing with a platform or person referred to on the Website, whether described in favourable, neutral or unfavourable terms.
- Any loss arising from an engagement between a User and an Independent Legal Adviser, or from a resource operated by another person.
- Any indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss.
Where liability cannot lawfully be wholly excluded, the aggregate liability of the Operator for all claims arising in any period of twelve months shall not exceed one hundred euro. The User acknowledges that the Website is made available without charge and that this allocation of risk is reasonable.
The Operator is under no liability for failure or delay attributable to a cause beyond its reasonable control. This clause survives termination.
9. Acceptable Use
The User shall not use the Website unlawfully nor in any manner that may impair its operation, and in particular shall not:
- Introduce any material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the Website or any connected system.
- Subject the Website to a denial of service attack or to automated request volumes exceeding ordinary browsing.
- Submit material that is defamatory, obscene, harassing or deliberately false.
- Use the contact facility for unsolicited commercial communication, or impersonate any person.
10. Correction and Right of Reply
The Operator affords a right of reply to any person named in Published Material. A notice should be submitted in writing to contact@appreviewhub.com identifying the page by its full address, specifying the passage said to be inaccurate, stating the correct position, and enclosing documentary material in support.
Receipt is acknowledged within five working days and examination is ordinarily completed within twenty. Where the Operator is satisfied that an inaccuracy has occurred the item is amended and a dated note appended. Where it is not so satisfied it will nonetheless publish alongside the item, at no charge, a proportionate statement of the position of the complainant. Items are not removed merely upon assertion that they are unwelcome.
11. Third Party Links
The Website links to resources operated by other persons, including regulatory registers and archived pages. The Operator has no control over their content, does not endorse them, and accepts no responsibility for them.
12. Indemnity
The User shall indemnify the Operator against all claims, damages, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach by the User of these Terms and Conditions, any misuse of the Website, or any material submitted through it.
13. Termination of Access
The Operator may without notice restrict, suspend or terminate the access of any User to appreviewhub.com where it reasonably considers that a breach of clause 9 has occurred or is apprehended. Termination does not affect any accrued liability, and clauses 6, 7, 8, 12 and 14 survive it.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any obligation arising in connection with the use of AppReviewHub, are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, save that a consumer resident in the European Union retains the benefit of any mandatory protective provision of the law of the state of habitual residence.
15. Severability, Assignment and Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remainder continues in full force. No failure or delay in exercising a right constitutes a waiver of it. The Operator may transfer its rights and obligations to any successor in title to the Website without consent. The User may not assign any right arising here.
16. Entire Agreement and Contact
These Terms and Conditions, with the privacy documentation published at appreviewhub.com, constitute the entire agreement between the Operator and the User. The User acknowledges that no reliance has been placed upon any representation not expressly set out here, save in respect of fraudulent misrepresentation. Notices must be given in writing to contact@appreviewhub.com. This edition is published in 2026.
