This app is amazing in every way! However, one issue I encountered this year was that other individuals were unable to label things that they had given to me as purchases on the list. For example, when someone clicks the “mark as buy” button, the information only appears to them; it is hidden from everyone else who is viewing the list. This year, I participated in a few secret Santa exchanges, and in addition, my family always buys me presents from my wish list. In addition, there is no option for noting what you obtain, thus I received multiple copies of the same thing.
My opinion is that if there is a characteristic that. If I want to get somebody a gift from their wish list, I can mark it off so that anyone looking at the list can see that the item has already been purchased. However, this does not show to the person who is getting the gifts, so he will continue to be surprised when he receives the gift and will not be aware which gift has been bought for him before.
